Mental health is the key to well being for humanity. This is a huge issue as statistically over 80% of people in the western world suffer from mental health issues, mental disorders, etc. This can be solved with education and discipline to train and heal the mind!
Some examples of mental disorders include : ADHD, ADD, Narcissism, Autism, Bi-Polar disorder, Schizophrenia + more. If you or anyone you know suffers from any of these, there is hope! You should work with a trained professional or doctor and also practice meditation and healing practices to balance yourself. Depression is also a mental disorder, but also a chemical imbalance and emotional disorder. These can all be cured. Start with your mind and have faith that your life is a miracle, you are not meant to suffer. Human nature is meant to be blissful, so release all the negative energy that takes you away from your bliss. Its worth the effort!
